Neymar has insisted that intends to stay at Paris Saint-Germain and help them lift the Champions League.
A lot has been made of the Brazilian’s future at PSG in the last couple of years, but he seems more settled now the club have made it to the final of the Champions League.
“It’s true that I have this ambition to win trophies and leave my name in the history of the club,” Neymar told PSG‘s official magazine.
“My only objective right now is to win the Champions League with these teammates.
“I’m not worried about individual successes, but the ones of the team.
Thanks to Neymar‘s contributions in the knockout stages, PSG reached their first Champions League final last season.
“Since I came here, I’ve experienced two last 16 exits, but I think this is part of the journey you have to make to become a great club,” he added.
“Success doesn’t come in a day and I think that these eliminations, these disappointments and these mistakes have been important to learn from and make the group even stronger.
